A message dated July 14 was received stating the Governor signed the                                                            
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     "An Act relating to the state procurement code; establishing the                                                           
     construction manager general contractor procurement method; and
